1. Authorized use only
Kryon may only be used with applications, files, brands, descriptions, images, certificates, credentials, and other materials that the customer owns or is expressly authorized to use and distribute.
2. Prohibited content and activity
- pirated, cracked, stolen, counterfeit, or unauthorized applications;
- copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, or publicity-right infringement;
- malware, spyware, credential theft, phishing, fraud, or deceptive functionality;
- unauthorized sale, sharing, or transfer of developer accounts, credentials, or certificates;
- content or activity that violates applicable law or binding contractual obligations;
- false claims of ownership, licensing, affiliation, endorsement, or authorization;
- attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or compromise Kryon infrastructure except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
3. Verification
We may request documentation demonstrating ownership, authorization, licensing, identity, or lawful business use. Failure to provide reasonable evidence may result in rejection, removal, suspension, or termination.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate reported or suspected violations and take proportionate action, including content removal, account restriction, suspension, termination, and cooperation with payment providers or lawful authorities.
5. Reporting
Reports of infringement, abuse, or security concerns should be sent to support@krycry.com with enough information to identify the relevant content and explain the concern.
