1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Kryon, a subscription software service provided by Koray Tutuncu ("Kryon," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Service description
Kryon provides configurable software for businesses to present, organize, and manage iOS applications that they own or are legally authorized to distribute. Kryon does not sell or license third-party applications, application files, developer certificates, trademarks, or copyrighted content.
3. Eligibility and account information
You must provide accurate contact, billing, and business information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping account credentials secure.
4. Content ownership and authorization
You retain responsibility for all applications, files, names, icons, descriptions, images, trademarks, and other material supplied through the service. You represent and warrant that you own this material or have valid written permission to use and distribute it.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use Kryon to:
- distribute pirated, stolen, counterfeit, or unauthorized software;
- infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other legal rights;
- sell, transfer, or provide unauthorized access to developer credentials or certificates;
- distribute malware, spyware, deceptive software, or harmful code;
- misrepresent your identity, ownership, authorization, or relationship with another party;
- violate applicable law, platform requirements, or binding contractual obligations.
6. Review and suspension
We may request evidence of ownership, authorization, licensing, or lawful use. We may refuse, remove, suspend, or terminate content or service access where we reasonably suspect infringement, fraud, unlawful activity, security risk, or breach of these terms.
7. Plans, billing, and renewal
Plan prices and included features are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed billing interval until cancelled. Paddle is intended to act as Merchant of Record and may collect applicable taxes, issue invoices, and process payments under its own buyer terms.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Access may continue until that period ends.
9. Service changes and availability
We may improve, modify, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain compatible with every device, operating-system release, external service, or customer configuration. Material reductions to a paid plan will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
10. Support
Support is provided according to the purchased plan. Response times are targets rather than guaranteed resolution times unless a separate written service-level agreement applies.
11. Intellectual property
Kryon's software, design, documentation, brand assets, and service technology remain the property of Koray Tutuncu or its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the paid subscription term.
12. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid for the affected subscription during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not allow this limitation.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Türkiye, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the buyer's country of residence.
