1. Overview
Kryon subscriptions provide access to digital software and related configuration services. Paddle is intended to process purchases as Merchant of Record. Refund requests may be submitted through Paddle's buyer-support channels or by contacting us.
2. When a refund may be available
A full or partial refund may be considered where:
- you were charged incorrectly or more than once;
- the purchased service was materially different from its description;
- a material service failure caused by Kryon prevented delivery and we could not resolve it within a reasonable period;
- applicable consumer law provides a right to a refund or withdrawal.
3. Cases that are normally not refundable
Subject to mandatory legal rights, refunds may be refused where:
- the service was delivered and used as described;
- you changed your mind after configuration or activation work began;
- your submitted content was rejected or removed because you lacked ownership or authorization;
- service access was suspended due to fraud, misuse, infringement, or breach of the Terms;
- an external platform, device, operating-system change, or third-party restriction affected your intended use and Kryon did not promise compatibility with it.
4. How to request a refund
Contact support@krycry.com and provide the account email, transaction reference, purchase date, and reason for the request. You may also use Paddle's order-support service. Do not send complete card details.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on Paddle, the payment method, and the buyer's financial institution. This policy does not limit any non-waivable statutory rights.
6. Subscription cancellation
Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Access normally continues until the end of that paid period.
