Depending on how you use Kryon, we may collect:

- business and account information supplied during onboarding;
- application metadata and brand materials that you submit;
- technical data such as device type, operating system, IP address, timestamps, diagnostics, and security events;
- support communications and records of requests;
- subscription and transaction references supplied by Paddle.
2. Payment information
Paddle is intended to process payments as Merchant of Record. Kryon does not receive or store complete payment-card details. Paddle processes buyer information under its own privacy notices and legal obligations.
3. How we use information
- to provide, configure, maintain, and secure the service;
- to manage subscriptions, accounts, and customer support;
- to investigate misuse, fraud, infringement, and security incidents;
- to measure reliability and improve product performance;
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Kryon is not directed to children and is intended for business customers and authorized users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where prohibited by law.
